RULES
Normal Sudoku Rules Apply. (The digits 1-9 are allowed only once each in every row, every column, and every 3x3 box)
Digits in a "gift box" (cage) must sum to the total shown in the corner of the cage.
Digits separated by a black "ornament" must have a 1:2 ratio.
Lösungscode: Box 4 (top left to top right, middle left to middle right, then bottom left to bottom right)

The convention/default of cages is digits cannot repeat, so it probably bears explicitly stating in the rules that they can repeat for this puzzle.
