Normal sudoku rules apply.
Each row, column and box has one doubler cell, with a value twice its digit. Each doubler has a unique digit. For the purpose of other rules, the value counts (not the digit).
A white dot between cells indicate that the cells are consecutive in value.
A black dot between cells indicate that their values differ by a factor of two.
Along green lines, adjacent cells differ in value by at least 5.
Values in cages sum to the number in the top left corner of the cage.

I really wish people would stop misrepresenting these hard puzzles as level 1. It's not even remotely close to level 1.
There are, presumably, a lot of people, like me, who are looking for "EASY" puzzles (*), for whatever reason, and we wind up WASTING a lot of time due to the inaccurate claim.
(*) bearing in mind that this is NOT a place to find beginner puzzles at all.

Great puzzle, but this is absolutely a 2* or 3* outing. I do quite like how the doublers and German whispers interact here, and great cluing from the line geometry.
