U-Bahn LITSO (8x9)

I decided my full-sized
U-Bahn LITSO deserved a bit more in the way of a build-up, just to give people a chance to work with the ruleset on something that wasn't so brutal. That said, setting an introductory puzzle with this ruleset is either stunningly difficult or I'm just making it stunningly difficult on myself, so I'll be doing this backwards seemingly. I hope to upload something easier still withinin the next week or so.
Please note that while this puzzle is MUCH easier than the full-sized puzzle, it is neither an example puzzle nor introductory in nature. All that to say not to expect a cakewalk.
Rules:
- Draw a totally connected loop network through the centers of some cells, which may branch or turn, but may not have any dead ends. A clue outside the grid indicates how many times the corresponding line shape (i.e. a cross, branch, straight line, or turn) appears in the corresponding row or column, irrespective of the line shape's rotation.
- Divide the grid into non-overlapping tetrominoes such that every cell is part of a tetromino. Orthogonally adjacent tetrominoes may not be the same shape, regardless of rotation or reflection.
- The loop network must cross the perimeter of every tetromino exactly 3 times.

Wow, mindblowing grid! The puzzle uses some completely different logic than the first puzzle's, really amazing.
It didn't feel that much easier than the first to me

Ich hatte den (T)reh zwar schnell raus, doch da war trozdem noch viel Arbeit nötig um die Tetrominos und das Netzwerk regelkonform zu vervollständigen.
