Normal sudoku rules apply for the 9x9 grid.
Skyscraper: Each digit in the 9x9 grid represents the height of a building in its cell. Taller buildings obstruct the view of shorter ones behind them.
Cells outside the grid must contain the digit equal to the number of buildings visible from that vantage point in the adjacent row or column.
Consecutive: Digits joined by a white dot have a difference of 1. All possible white dots are marked.
Lösungscode: The entire middle row (technically row 6), 11 digits left to right.

Boy a combo of skyscrapers and a negative constraint - no wonder it took me over a week to get through it! Very nice though, some real logic gems in there.

Great puzzle! Powerful negative constraint. I had a lot of trouble in the midsolve to find an important step, but after that the puzzle flowed very smoothly. Thank you
