X-Sums: Digits on the outside of a row or column indicate the sum of the first n digits, n being the first digit in that row or column.
Arrows: Digits along an arrow must sum to the number indicated in the circle from which the arrow emerges.
Digits separated by a V sum to 5. Not all possible Vs have been given.
