The Evil King

▎Story:

In a kingdom shrouded in darkness, an evil king has taken refuge in his grand palace, nestled within the heart of the Sudoku grid. His greed knows no bounds, and he has cunningly concealed himself, plotting further mischief against his unsuspecting subjects. The time has come for brave souls to uncover his hidden number and restore peace to the realm.

The evil king cannot be placed on the red lines that surround his palace, as these lines represent the heroes of the kingdom, determined to expose his treachery. To find him, one must navigate through the maze of numbers, adhering to the rules set forth by his own greed.

▎Puzzle Rules:

1. Palace Constraint: The evil king is hiding in the center box of the grid. He cannot be placed on the red lines.

2. Greed Constraint: The king has positioned himself in a cell whose order in the box is greater than his number by 1.

3. Perpendicular Sum Rule: The sum of all digits that lie directly perpendicular (left, right, above, and below) to the king must equal his number.

4. Heroic Whispers: On the red lines, numbers must differ from each other by at least 5, forming a barrier that prevents the evil king from escaping.
