Foggy Birthday, James!

- Normal Sudoku rules apply.
- Dynamic Fog: Most of the grid is covered in fog. Placing a correct digit may do nothing, or it may clear some fog somewhere in the grid, possibly revealing other clues. No guessing is necessary. When the puzzle is complete, all fog will be cleared.
- Killer cages: Digits in cages do not repeat and sum to the total in the top left corner of the cage.
- Kropki: Digits separated by a white dot are consecutive. Where digits are separated by a black dot, one is double the other. Not all dots are necessarily given.

This was such a fun and clever puzzle -- I hope to see more puzzles that use dynamic fog like this! It was so fun to never know exactly which digit you entered was going to open up more of the puzzle to you.

This use of the fog feature is quite incredible. I think it's the second one I've done and it's no less incredible. A lovely birthday tribute to be sure!

This was just wonderful. Creative use of dynamic fog to force you to find things deep in the fog before revealing them.

Nice puzzle! Near the end of my solve there were ten fog spaces remaining, and I had entered the correct digits in all of them. It seemed a little odd for the fog not to clear when there was nothing remaining to discover underneath. Made me wonder if it’s possible to hide logic there beyond the digits.
