Kropki Dots From An Alternate Universe

Normal sudoku rules apply (Digits 1-9 in each row, column, box without repeats).

Digits separated by red Kropki dots are coprime. That is, their greatest common factor is 1. 1 is coprime with all integers.

If two digits, x and y, are separated by blue Kropki dots, then y = 3x + 1.

No negative constraint.
