- Yin-Yang: shade some cells such that all shaded cells are orthogonally connected and all unshaded cells are orthogonally connected. No 2x2 area may be fully shaded or fully unshaded.
- Borders: a thick black line separates a shaded and an unshaded cell.
- Chaos Construction: divide the grid into regions, each consisting of nine orthogonally connected cells. Each region must be either entirely shaded or entirely unshaded. Each row, column and region must contain the digits 1-9 once each.
- Doublers: shaded cells have double their value for the purposes of the region sum lines.
- Region Sum Lines: each blue line is divided by region borders into segments with the same sum of values along each segment. Different lines may have different sums. No line may be contained entirely within one region.

I got there in the end though it took me over 2 hours 40 minutes. I must have missed some relatively straight forward logic at some stage.

"Given border separates colors" isn't necessary - the weaker version of "given border separates regions" is sufficient to solve the puzzle.
