Happy 3s and Buttercream

- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Every cell in the grid belongs to a square / rectangular region, to be located.
- Each region contains a cupcake which indicates that region's size. Digits may not repeat in regions.
- Digits separated by an X sum to 10.
- Every region has four different corner cells, none of which are allowed to contain a 3.

Cupcake feast for Finkz.
After looking clueless at the puzzle for 15 minutes, I realized that the word „different“ made a difference. Nice one. I liked the disambiguation at the end.

Funny ruleset, lovely puzzle. Wait - I can see Finkz hiding behind the corner. Not surprising that she could escape from her cage. Hope she will return tomorrow!
