Boundaries

I initially placed this one at 4/5 over here as the estimated difficulty, but it may get lower depends on how fast one will grasp the main ideas in the opening.
Also after this, I may return to some major projects that I spared in the past next, revisiting either the initial draft for my next Shade your own puzzle project or another ultimate Chaos construction concept (both of which sound promising as the end of 2024 is approaching soon). For now, hope you enjoy the following puzzle here!
Rules:
- Normal Sudoku rules apply: every row, column and 3x3 box contains digits from 1 to 9 each once.
- Within a cage, digits must sum to the small number written at the top left of that cage.
- Digits along an arrow sum to the digit in the circle cell attached to that arrow.
- Box borders divide the blue line into small segments with the same sum of digits along each segment.
- Along a green line, two adjacent digits have the difference of at least 5.

Surprisingly tricky but it gains a welcome momentum at the midpoint of the solve. The sparse cluing really forces one to draw on some clever logic, a fun balancing act. This is really beautiful setting!

Very nice puzzle and well constructed. I would rate this a little easier than 4/5 but then some of the logic was familiar to me from my own puzzles. Enjoyable and smooth solve!
