A new puzzle, very interesting to solve. The rules are as follows:
- 1. Place all the two-digit combinations (numbers from 00 to 99).
- 2. In each row or column, no number can have the same tens digit.
- 3. In each row or column, no number can have the same units digit.

I remember doing a puzzle with the same rules somewhere before. It is a bit more difficult than the previous one, as any accidental mistake or omission can result in a significant amount of time consumption.
However, in my opinion, its difficulty is more due to the lack of suitable tools. Just like how many Sudoku puzzles require the use of small numbers.
If it had features like Sudoku, such as highlighting and displaying all possible small numbers directly, the difficulty of this puzzle would decrease significantly.
