Rules
The standard sudoku rules apply.
Fill the grid with two colors, where the boundary between different colors divide the rows or columns into several regions.
The number of clues outside the grid indicates the number of regions in the corresponding row or column.
The clues also indicate the sum of the digits in the corresponding region.
A ? represents a digit 0-9. One ? indicates a single-digit number, and a region corresponding to one ? contains only one cell. Two ?s indicate a two-digit number that cannot start with 0.

Wow! Great puzzle, clever idea. Took me nearly 2 hours. I wasn’t very efficient, but I enjoyed the whole journey. Would love to see CtC Simon take a swing at it. Thanks
