Sorry to those who solved the other version, but I ended up being not very happy with it. Now, hopefully this time, there aren’t much bypass of logic I like with this…

Rules:

-Normal sudoku rules apply.
-Any run of 3 digits along a blue line must contain exactly one digit from [1,4,7], one from [2,5,8], and one from [3,6,9]. The two-cell line contains digits that are not in the same group.
-A digit in a grey cell with arrows pointing inwards must be smaller than all orthogonally adjacent non-fortress cells. A digit in a grey cell with arrows pointing outwards must be larger than all orthogonally adjacent non-fortress cells.
-A number in a circle indicates that digit must appear in at least one of the four surrounding cells.
-An inequality sign points towards the smaller digit.
