The fishes quietly challenge you...
RULES:
Normal sudoku rules apply.
German whisper line: Two cells connected by a green line must have a difference of at least 5.
Dutch whisper line: Two cells connected by an orange line must have a difference of at least 4.
Killer cages: Digits in a cage must sum to the number in the top-left corner of that cage and cannot repeat.
Black/White dots: Cells separated by a black dot must have digits in a 1:2 ratio. Cells separated by a white dot must have consecutive digits. Not all dots are given.
