Logic Masters Deutschland e.V.

This is my first chaos construction puzzle. It was heavily inspired by Hysteria and Field Lines. Special thanks to mnasti for hosting the event which produced this puzzle and to chameleon for making a toroidal-friendly puzzle platform.

Rules:

• Chaos Construction: Draw nine non-overlapping, orthogonally connected 9-cell regions and place 1-9 into every row, column and region. Some region borders have been given.
• Arrows: The number in a cell with an arrow is the sum of cells seen in that direction from the same region as the first seen cell. Cells from a different region than the first seen cell block vision. The arrow may be in the same region as the summed cells. If a cell contains multiple arrows, sum each direction separately.
• Torus: The grid is toroidal; i.e. each edge of the grid is considered to be adjacent to its opposite edge. For example, the first seen cell for the arrow in r3c1 is r4c9.
