Dutch Flat Mates: Double Arrows

I am once again honoured to bring this week's Dutch Flat Mate puzzle on behalf of Flinty. This week we are going Double Dutch with Double Arrows. Good luck!
- Normal Sudoku rules apply: Place the digits 1 to 9 once each in every row, column and 3x3 box.
- Dutch Flatmates: Every 5 in the grid must have a 1 directly above it or a 9 directly below it. It may have both, but it doesn't need both.
- Double Arrows: Digits along a grey line sum to the same value as the sum of the digits in the attached circles.
Hint
There are a lot of flat mate deductions in this. If stuck, think about where 5s have to go in a row or a column

Really enjoyed how relevant the Dutch Flat Mate rule stayed throughout the solve. Wonderful entry to the series!

Not too difficult, but neither easy. There are deductions and math at each step. Good construction.
