Logic Masters Deutschland e.V.

These puzzles were created in response to two of Scojo's weekly prompts: 'Make a snake/loop puzzle with under 10 clues' and 'A Secret Surprise When You Flip It Upside Down'.
I combined both challenges to create two loop puzzles that share the same ruleset (except the loop constraint) and the same grid, but one is flipped upside down. I hope you enjoy solving them!

Rules:

Normal sudoku rules apply. Place the digits 1 to 6 in each Row, Column, and 2X3 box.

Digits along an arrow sum to the digit in the attached circle.
Cells separated by a white dot must contain consecutive digits.

Draw a one-cell-wide loop of orthogonally connected cells. The loop may not touch itself, not even diagonally. The loop acts as an Entropy/Parity Line.

All arrow bulbs must be on the loop.
The digit in an arrow bulb gives the number of loop cells that bulb sees in all horizontal/vertical directions combined, including itself. Non-loop cells block the vision.

Clues outside the grid give the sum of all loop cells or all non-loop cells (to be determined by the solver) in the indicated row/column.
