[TSL] [S1T1] - Turn 1 By Number 45
Hello everyone, my good friend number 45 made her first ever sudoku puzzle the other day. Yes, that's the full title. No, I don't understand her thought process behind it. Unfortunately, she doesn't have an LMD account. They're just too expensive nowadays. So I'm posting it for her. Hope that's ok. Apparently she's really proud of the placement of the lines and that she got them to all be 3 cells long.
Rules:
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Same Difference Lines: Each pair of adjacent digits on a turquoise line has the same difference. The 'difference value' may be different for different lines.
- Dutch Flatmates: Every 5 in the grid must have a 1 directly above it or a 9 directly below it. It may have both, but it doesn't need both.

This was one of those that at first glance looked completely undoable, but after sitting down started to open up really nicely.
