Normal sudoku rules apply.
Arrow cells are inside skyscraper clues. They give the number of cells seen in that direction from that position if larger numbers block smaller numbers.
Note, the digit on the arrow is not considered.
For example, the first row could read 3(7)25(8)6(9)14, with the arrow in r1c1 reading 3 because it sees the digits marked in parentheses.

Nice puzzle! I enjoyed the logic and rarely got stuck for too long but I did find easy to make mistakes and had to restart from scratch a few times.

Whew, I almost gave up near the end, but I am glad I persevered and closed out the quantum mystery. Really amazing design to hold the tension through the puzzle like that.
