Rules:

-Normal sudoku rules apply.
-Digits along an arrow must sum to the number in the attached circle. However, the arrow with the red-outlined circle is broken, and digits along it do NOT sum to the number in the bulb.
-Digits along an thermo must increase from the bulb end.
-A cell that contains a blue circle is odd, and the cell that contains a blue square is even. The cages are just cosmetic.
