RULES
Sudoku: Normal Sudoku rules apply; place the digits 1-9 once in every row, column, and 3x3 box.
Modulo Line: Every three digits along a cyan line alternate between the sets of {1,4,7}, {2,5,8}, and {3,6,9} in the same, continuous order.
Black Kropki Dots: Digits separated by a black dot have a ratio of 1:2.
White Kropki Dots: Digits separated by a white dot are consecutive.

Lovely, logical puzzle!
There's an irrelevant rule here about German Whispers lines that should be removed.

Nice! I would say this is 1* for difficulty as I solved it really quickly and I am terrible at variant sudoku!
