Dutch Flat Mates (Full Rank)

Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Dutch Flats : All 5's in the grid must have a 1 directly above it or a 9 directly below it. It may have both, but it doesn't need both.
- Full Rank : A total of 36 nine-digit numbers can be read in the rows and columns, each viewed from both directions. If these are sorted in ascending order, the numbers outside the grid indicate the position in this sorting at which the nine-digit number seen from the respective direction is located.

Nice puzzle. Had to restart two times as I made the same error twice. I love this series because of the strange variants you don't see every day.
