Messed Up Lines V2

The first half of this puzzle is probably one of the most toughest things I've made, so I will include an guide for how to get past it for those who want to attempt this.
Solution Guide For The First Half
Rules:
-Normal sudoku rules apply.
-Shade some cells on each line so that adjacent cells on a line alternate between shaded and unshaded.
-Shaded cells are Whisper cells: Along each line, digits in adjacent Whisper cells have a difference of 5 or more.
-Unshaded cells are Region Sum (RS) cells: With each line being divided into segments by box borders, digits in RS cells of each segment sum to the same number (but this number may differ from line to line).
-The solver must determine the alternation of each line. For example, the bottom left line could be filled as 147982 (178 as the region-sum cells, and 492 as the whisper cells).
-Digits separated by a grey dot must either be consecutive and/or have a ratio of 1:2.
