Rules
- Sudoku: Place the digits 1 to 9 once each in every row, column, and region.
- Cages: Digits may occur in cages at most once, and the digits in a cage sum to the indicated total.
- Indexing: All the cells in cages are both row indexing and column indexing. This means that if the digit in a cell (R,C) in row R and column C is D, and the cell (R,C) is in a cage, then the digit in cell (D,C) is R and the digit in cell (R,D) is C.
Note
The title of this puzzle is an homage to Philip Newman's fantastic puzzle White Room, in which the killer cages covered only 18 cells.
