Solve with SudokuPad
• Normal Sudoku rules apply.
• Digits in a cage do not repeat and sum to the clue in the top left.
• Adjacent digits along a green German Whisper line must have a difference of at least 5.
• A black dot between cells indicates cell values with a 2:1 ratio. ***ALL POSSIBLE BLACK DOTS ARE GIVEN***
• A white dot between cells indicates cells with consecutive values. Not all white dots are given.
• The grid is partially covered with fog. Correctly placed digits will clear the fog around that cell. No guessing is required.
• Digits along a magenta renban form a set of consecutive non-repeating digits in any order.
• Adjacent cells connected with a X must sum to 10.
• Cells with a filled square must be even.

I don't understand why everyone feels this should be a 2*! It's just the negative constraint throughout the puzzle and it was never a struggle for me! Anyways, a great puzzle :)

I was a bit confused if "all black dots are given" means, that a white dot could never be a 1-2 pair.. But it solved nicely either way.

Nice puzzle. The only confusion for me was whether a 1-2 pair was considered a black dot since it is also a white dot. In this puzzle, a 1-2 pair is considered a black dot. Otherwise great puzzle as always.

I will readily admit that I am not a great, or maybe even a good, solver, but I definitely think this warrants a 2-star difficulty rating.
It took me way too long to make a few deductions along the way, but there were at least two points where I basically had to map out a decision tree to proceed, and it took me 75 minutes to finish this one.
Having said all that, I love it. Your fog of war puzzles are terrific, and I’m a big fan of negative constraints, even if this one kept biting me hard.
