Rules:

Normal sudoku rules apply
Adjacent digits along a green line must differ by at least 5.
Along orange lines, the total sum of digits must be divisible by 3.
Digits on either side of a black dot have a 1 to 2 ratio.
Not all dots are given, and lines do not overlap.
