#2 A digit in a cell with arrows facing outward must be greater than all of its orthogonal neighbors.
#3 Digits along arrows sum to the digit in the attached circle.
#4 Digits in cells separated by a white dot are consecutive.
#5 Digits in cells separated by a black dot are in a 1:2 ratio.
