Modulo 4 Somedoku

This puzzle was made for a challenge. Where the challenge to imitate a person and I had to imitate blackjackfitz. Hope you enjoy it!

Rules:

Somedoku: Fill each cell with a digit from 1-9. Fill each row 'n' and column 'n' with exactly 'n' different digits, repeating digits as necessary.

Diagonal: Digits along the marked blue diagonal must not repeat.

Any set of four sequential cells along a yellow modulo line contains one digit from (159), (26), (37) and (48).

Dots: Cells separated by a grey dot are consecutive or in a 1 to 2 ratio, or sum to 5 or sum to 10. Each of those 4 types must appear in a dot somewhere (which must be determined by the solver).
