Skyscraper Scamper

I made this puzzle for Scojo's impersonation challenge! The idea was to set a puzzle in your own style, and then a puzzle in someone else's style with the goal to try and trick Scojo and audience into voting for you as the "real" setter. This puzzle was made for the "Black_Doom" pair of puzzles :)
- Quattroquadri: put the digits 1 to 9 into each box such that no digit repeats in any row or column.
- Skyscrapers: digits in the grid represent skyscrapers of that height, with taller skyscrapers obscuring smaller ones. A clue outside the grid shows the number of all visible skyscrapers from the clue's direction.
- Arrow: digits along an arrow must sum to the number in the attached circle.

Thank you for this fun puzzle, Black_Doom! You captured your own style so nicely that my puzzle was not fooling too many. :)
