Rules:

Normal sudoku / Normal Variant rules apply.

Place the digits 1 to 9 once each in every row, column, and 3x3 box.

Arrows: Digits on an arrow sum to the digit in the bulb of the arrow.

Kropki Dots Digits on white dots are consecutive.

Palindrome Digits on grey lines repeat forward to backward, e.g. 123321.

Region Sum Lines Box borders divide blue lines into sections with equal sums. Blue lines and their section sums may be the same as or different from other blue lines and their section sums.

Commentary Corner: It only now dawned on me now that region sum lines are just modified arrows. And in this puzzle, there are many region sum lines that basically ARE arrows!
