Dots of the Nine Moons by Skeptical Mario
Rules:
Normal sudoku rules - Enter a digit from 1-9 in each cell without repeating in a row, column, or box.
Quadruples - Digits in a large circle must appear in one of the four cells surrounding the circle.
Difference Kropki - Digits with a small circle separating them are consecutive. Not all dots are given.
