When I first heard about the Dutch Whispers constraint, I immediately thought to make a 7x7 puzzle to make it play out like a German Whispers constraint. And so I did.

When I first heard about the Dutch Whispers constraint, I immediately thought to make a 7x7 puzzle to make it play out like a German Whispers constraint. And so I did.
Rules:
- Irregular Regions: Every row, column, and region indicated by thicker borders within the grid must contain a complete set of the digits 1-7.
- Dutch Whispers: Usually shown as orange lines, adjacent digits along a Dutch Whispers line must differ by at least four.
- Kropki pairs: Digits in cells separated by a black dot are in a 5:1 ratio. Digits in cells separated by a white dot are consecutive. Not all dots are necessarily given.
