Quantum Chaos (CC, S-Cells)

This Puzzle combines Schrödinger cells with chaos construction. Thanks to the CtC fan discord and especially ViKingPrime for testing. Thanks Marty Sears for helping with the rules wording. And thanks to ThePedallingPianist for solving it on twitch. Hope you enjoy!
- Schrödinger CC: Divide the grid into 7 regions of orthogonally connected cells. Fill each cell with one or two of the digits from 0-7, so that each digit appears once in each row, column and region (regions might have different sizes). Any cell that contains two digits is a Schrödinger cell (or S-cell).
- Values: The value of a cell is the sum of the digit(s) it contains.
- Circles: The value in a circle is equal to the number of S-cells in its region.
- Kropki Pairs: Values on a black dot are in a 1:2 ratio. Values on a white dot are consecutive. Not all dots are given.
Example Puzzle
These images show a 4x4 example puzzle with the same rules (left) and its solution (right). S-cells are marked with a red circle. Regions vary in size depending on the number of S-cells contained in them. The example can be played here.

Very nice setup. I enjoyed the step by step process I went through to solve this from beginning to end. The break-in was fun to figure out.

Maybe it’s the updated version which let me think this is a three stars puzzle? I haven’t seen the original one. After a few minutes for thinking how on earth this ruleset can work I found the very nice break-in. It’s just an amazing puzzle with perfect setting. Thank you so much for creating and sharing this masterpiece.
