Heard No More 2

Normal Sudoku rules apply, place the digits 1-9 in each row, column, and box.
German whispers: digits next to each other along the green line must have a difference of at least 5. All vertical and horizontal German whisper lines have been given, no diagonal lines.
V: digits with an V between them sum to 5. All V's have been given.
Kropki: Digits with a black dot between them have a ratio of 1:2.

that negative constraint is very nice!
new* ruleset for me.
(*I did part 1 first, didn't notice the rule there until the very end)

I would prefer a different way of stating the negative German Whisper lines constraint. I was stuck for at least a good 20 minutes because I didn't realize what the rule was.
Perhaps, something along the lines of "All cells which differ by at least 5 horizontally or vertically are connected by a green German Whisper line." And instead of describing German Whisper you have your rule completely laid out.
Fun puzzle otherwise!

Hi Bard, great puzzle!! I played thru pretty much your entire log of puzzles and they've all been wonderful solves :-)
A heavier reliance on the negative German whispers constraint in this puzzle forced me to think in new ways about the green lines which was awesome!

Thank you for that. The first one was more of a test to see how well it worked and provide a basic into to the idea.
I try to keep my stuff as fresh as I can with new ideas, angles, or themes to keep it fun. Of course some end up being better than others. :-)

I've never seen a negative German Whispers constraint, and while it daunted me at first it ended up being quite powerful and fun. Well done!
