Dutch Flat Mates (Entropic Whispers)

I am happy to present the 46th edition of the weekly "Dutch Flat Mates" series by Flinty. You can find other puzzles from the series here. I decided to combine this with the Entropic Whispers constraint. Thanks to the CtC-fan-discord for testing and feedback. Hope you enjoy!
- Sudoku: Normal Sudoku Rules apply.
- Dutch Flat Mates: All 5s in the grid must have a '1' directly above it or a '9' directly below it. It may have both, but it doesn't need both.
- Entropic Whispers: If two digits are one or two steps apart on an entropic whisper line, their difference is 3 or more. For Example: if r4c4 is 4, the 4 surrounding cells on the line (r4c5,r4c6,r5c4,r6c4) could not be from {2,3,4,5,6}.

Loved the new entropic whisper lines. Just a more restrictive version of the entropic line which makes for some fascinating limitations.

Never encountered entropic Whisper before. The break in required some unusual logic. Great puzzle !
