Lunch atop a Skyscraper

Normal Sudoku rules apply. Fill each row, column, and 3x3 box with the digits 1-9 once each.
-Digits may not repeat within a dashed cage. All clues outside the grid are both valid Sandwich and Skyscraper clues.
-Sandwich Sums: Digits outside the grid indicate the sum of the digits that are placed in-between the 1 and 9 in that row or column.
-Skyscrapers: Digits in the grid represent skyscrapers, with their values corresponding to their heights. Taller skyscrapers obscure all shorter skyscrapers behind them. Clues outside the grid indicate the number of skyscrapers that can be seen in that row/column, from the line of sight of the clue.
