Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Region Sum Lines: Digits on a blue line have the same sum in each 3x3 box the line passes through. If a line passes through a box multiple times, each individual segment sums separately.
Column Indexers: A red cell in column n indicates the column where the digit n appears in that row (e.g. an 8 in R6C1 puts a 1 in R6C8).
