The final grand tour of cycling is upon us, The 2024 Vuelta a España starts today (Saturday), and I created this puzzle to celebrate the occasion.

Rules:

Normal Sudoku rules apply. Place the digits 1-9 once in each row, column, and 3X3 box.

German whisper: Two cells connected by a Green line must have a difference of at least 5.
Palindrome: Digits on a grey line must read the same from both directions.
Region Sums Line: Box borders divide the blue line into segments with the same sum.
Parity line: Adjacent digits along the red line have a different odd/even parity.
Kropki: Cells separated by a white dot must contain consecutive digits. Not all dots are necessarily given.

Stage Rules:

Each line in the grid represents the path of a different rider. Each rider earns points differently.

- Green Rider (German whisper): Earns 1 point for every 4 or 6 on its path.
- Grey Rider (Palindrome): Earns 1 point for every high digit (6,7,8,9) along its path.
- Blue Rider (Region Sums Line): Earns 1 point for every even digit (2,4,6,8) along its path.
- Red Rider (Parity Line): Earns 1 point for every adjacent pair of consecutive digits along its path.

The Red rider scored more than the Green rider, who scored more than the Blue rider, who scored more than the Grey rider.
