Rules:
- Normal Sudoku rules apply. Place every digit from 1 to 9, once each, into every row, column, and 3x3 region.
- Cold arrows: A blue arrow points toward a cell N distance away that has a value less than N, where N is the digit in the arrow's cell. (For example, if r2c2 is a 5, then r2c7 is less than 5.)
Solve using Sudokupad

@SneakySteve: I only read your (hidden) comment just now. Thanks for pointing out how to set other than standard symbols in the sudokumaker web app. I will certainly use that for some of my future SVS's. :-)

Thanks for this puzzle. This is a vey nice ruleset that was new to me, so I prepared one myself that will appear coming friday as SVS #406. How did you create those blue arrows? I am only able to set puzzles in Penpa and convert them to Sudokupad, but Penpa has only black arrows. :(

This is a Nice rule set, great flow in the solve. Found it by the 6x6 snack treat of a puzzle, this is equally butiful i say. Dont know why the score is so low. I would say this should be around mid 90s at least. Maybe this puzzle might have had a few initizial issues, but Now they are fixed or i did not encounter any of the problems mentined in some other comments. Maybe prior to the fix of those issues it got some low ratings.
well worth a solve, quite fast.

when opening in sudokupad, all the arrows are reversed. Is this happening to everuone?
Reply from SneakySteve: There was an update to Sudokupad that broke my arrow symbols. If you refresh this page, there should be a new link with fixed arrows.

First time doing a "Cold arrows" puzzle so it took me me a good bit of time. Nice puzzle!
