Let's give those digits a little room to breathe.
Breathing Room Rules
In each row, column, and outlined region, place the digits 1 through 6 exactly once, leaving the other six cells empty. The numbered arrows outside the grid indicate the sum of the digits in their corresponding diagonal lines, which may include repeated digits. Empty cells are considered to have a value of 0 for sums.

Lösungscode: The digits of row 2 (left-to-right) followed by the digits of row 11 (left-to-right). Ignore the empty cells.
