Aristocrats

(Eingestellt am 7. August 2024, 18:35 Uhr von Wuschel)

I made this puzzle many moons ago for Raumplaner's setting challenge with the theme "Liberté, Égalité, Fraternité!", and this unfortunately was the first thing that came to my mind...
  • Normal Sudoku rules: Place the digits 1-6 in each row, column and box, without repetition.
  • Aristocrats: Each aristocrat contains a unique set of digits. Those digits sum to the same total for each aristocrat. Digits may not repeat on an aristocrat. Unfortunately it's 1792 and all aristocrats lost their head. Red lines are the aristocrat's headless bodies. Each row, column and box may contain at most 1 head. Each head contains a different digit. A head may not touch its own body orthogonally or share a cell with a different body.
  • Clues outside the grid show the sum of the digits between the clue and the head in that row/column, with the head not being part of the sum.
Liberté, Égalité, Fraternité!

Lösungscode: The digits in the cells containing a head, from top to bottom.

This was quite a strange rule set, but it works surprisingly well. Very nice.
