Sarajevo Streets - Bosnian Road Sudoku

I hope this intrigues more people and you enjoy solving it! As always, happy to take any feedback, or help out in case you get stuck.
Rules
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Shade some cells to form a non-intersecting loop which does not touch itself, even diagonally. Caged cells are Bosnian Road clues and cannot be shaded. The digit in the cell represents the number of shaded cells in the (up to) eight cells surrounding the clue. The given cage total represents the sum in the shaded cells surrounding the clue. Digits may repeat in such sum if other rules allow.

Very fun puzzle! Definitely some tricky steps throughout, but everything still came together very nicely in the end.

Can the loop move diagonally as well or just orthogonally?.
