Rules:

• Normal sudoku rules apply.

• Digits along an arrow line sum to the digit in the attached circle. If multiple arrow lines are connected to a circle, they will EACH sum to that digit independently.

• Close Enough: Digits in a circle may be the correct sum of digits along their arrow line, but they could also be off by +1 or -1. (For clarity, if two arrow lines are connected to a circle, their sums are not required to be the same.)
