Explanation of rules:
Never 4: place digits 0 to 9 (never 4) in every row, column, and 3x3 bold outlined box.
Thermometer: digits increase from the bulb to the tip.
Circle sum: a digit in a circle indicates the number of circles that contain that digit. Thermometer bulbs are not included in circles for the circle sum rule.

My first 8 puzzles are all rated 90% and above. My 9th went unrated for many solves until One person rated it 67% and I stopped working on puzzles for a couple months. I do not care how difficult the puzzle is rated. I wish when people call it beautiful or fun they’d give it a nice rating.

A very beautiful puzzle. It solves smoothly and logically. Maybe not to the difficult side of the scale.
