This is yet another puzzle using the split pea line constraint! Other puzzles in this series:

Rules:

Mean(er) mini: This puzzle uses six distinct digits from 0 to 9. These digits must be deduced by the solver.
Chaos construction: Digits may not repeat in a row, column or region. There are six orthogonally connected regions, each with six cells, the locations of which must be deduced by the solver.
Split pea lines: The sum of digits in cells connecting two circles is equal to a concatenation of the digits in the circles, in some order. For instance, 3_346_1 could be a valid line, as 3+4+6=13=1 concatenated with 3.
If two circles are directly connected by a line, these circles are in different regions.
Modular region counting: Taking the digit in a circle mod 6 gives the number of cells along each line connected to the circle which are in the same region as that circle, excluding the circle itself. For instance, a circle containing an 8 indicates there are (8 mod 6) = 2 cells along each line connected to the circle which are in the same region as the circle.
