Normal sudoku rules apply.
The blue cells are row indexers. Ex: If r1c1 is 9, then r9c1 is 1.
The red cells are column indexers. Ex: If r2c2 is 6, then r2c6 is 2.
The clues on top of the grid are skyscrapers (how many buildings are visible from that vantage point in the clue’s column).
The clues on the bottom of the grid are X-sums (the sum of the first X digits, where X is the first seen digit).

@SuWi the 1 in r1c5 indexes itself. It's saying that the 1 (because the square is in row 1) in that column goes in the first row (the digit in the blue square being 1).

Thank you for this fun puzzle, chrisjnap! I found it a tough nut to crack, but then again I am easily confused when there is more than one indexer. Anyhow, it has been a fun solve. Thank you for setting and sharing!
