Killer cages: within cages the digits do not repeat, and sum to the total given at the top left corner.

Arrows: The digits along each arrow must sum to the digit in the circled cell.

Region Sum Lines: Along the blue line, box boundaries divide the line into segments whose digits all share the same sum.

Remote Region Sum Lines: All the red lines together function as a single region sum line. That is to say, each red line sums to the same number.
