Moo-Moo's Meadow

Really hope N1ntend0 doesn't come after me for this one...

Moo-Moo the cow lives happily in his meadow. He starts off every day by going for a lovely walk around, returning to where he started. Can you map out his journey?

• Normal sudoku rules apply.
• Draw a single closed loop that moves cell to cell orthogonally. Adjacent digits on the loop have a difference of at least 4. The loop may not touch itself orthogonally or diagonally.
• For the purposes of all the other clues listed below, digits on the loop have a value of 10. The values of digits not on the loop are unaffected.
• Values in a cage sum to the digit in the top left corner of the cage.
• Values separated by a black dot must be in a 2:1 ratio. Not all dots are given.
• Box borders split blue lines into sections, and the sum of the values of each section must be equal.
