For those getting a little too familiar with the valid options on gold lines in my recent puzzles, this puzzle should have you back to doing some more arithmetics!
Here are the rules:
- Normal Sudoku rules apply.
- On teal lines, the digits between the two endpoints sum to the product of the endpoint digits.
- Purple lines are renban lines, i.e. digits hereon are non-repeating, consecutive digits in any order.
- Gold lines obey the restrictions of both teal and purple lines.
Clarifications:
If a cell holds both endpoints of a gold or teal line, the remaining digits on the line will sum to the square of the digit in the endpoint cell.
Lines have to clearly visit the interior of a cell to take it. That is, line sections sitting on the border between cells does not claim either cell, e.g. the gold line in the bottom right claims exactly 5 cells all found in box 9.
The puzzle is also available online in the
CtC App. As always, I will greatly appreciate any feedback!
